Marlon workshopit järjestetään perjantaina 21.10.2011 klo 16.30 alkaen. Yhden workshopin kesto on 75min ja hinta 50€

Pole Groove: This class is all about connecting spins, climbs, floorwork and basic inverts seamlessly on a STATIC POLE. More sassy than sensual, more hip-hop than ballet, come ready to cut loose. Class will begin with a 30 min warm-up that emphasizes dance movement, flexibility and acrobatic fundamentals. Appropriate for students with a strong knowledge of basic spins and climbs. PANTS, SOCKS, and LEGWARMERS are suggested for this class- we will be rolling and sliding on the floor.

Aerial Showgirl:
Onstage, a showgirl radiates energy, drips glamour, and steals the show.
Offstage, she trains incessantly, drilling her moves, and perfecting her lines. But most importantly, a showgirl practices her presence. This worksop will focus on making the moves you already have (and some new ones) noteworthy, after doing some alterations to timing, placement, intention, and projection. Class will begin with a 30 minute warm-up that emphasizes breath, lines, facility and flexibility. This class is appropriate for students with a thorough knowledge of climbs and inversions.

Signature Moves: This workshop is a mishmash of marlo's favorite moves such as; The Capezio, momentum climbs, turn-arounds, elbow holds, full frontal drops, back Ayesha's, pole rolls and splits every which-way. We will begin with a thorough warm-up and then get busy!

Paikkoja on vielä muutama jäljellä jokaisella tunnilla, eli jos vielä kutkuttaa osallistua niin nyt kannattaa viimeistään ruveta varailemaan!
